1. Introduction

The BoostClass Zoom App seamlessly integrates with Zoom to evaluate student performance during live language classes.
By connecting your Zoom sessions to the BoostClass platform, every class is automatically analyzed using advanced AI models that assess participation, communication quality, language accuracy, and interaction skills.

This integration empowers teachers and training organizations to:

• Monitor real-time engagement and speaking activity.
• Access automatic transcripts and AI-generated performance reports.
• Identify language strengths and areas for improvement for each student.

The result is a smarter, data-driven approach to language learning — where teachers gain valuable insights, and students receive personalized feedback that accelerates progress.

2. Prerequisites

Before installing the BoostClass Zoom App, ensure that:

• You have a valid Zoom account (Free, Pro, or Business).
• You have permission to install Marketplace apps on your Zoom account.
• You have an active BoostClass account to complete setup.

3. Adding the App

Logging into the BoostClass App

To log in and connect Zoom manually:

1. Open https://cesar-webapp.azurewebsites.net
2. Click Connect with Zoom, or go to Integrations → Zoom
3. Sign in with your Zoom account when prompted
4. Review and approve the required permissions
5. After authorization, you will be redirected back to BoostClass
6. Your Zoom integration will now appear under Integrations
7. Also the BoostClass AI app display in Zoom > Managed Apps > Added apps

4. Usage

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides an overview of your Zoom meeting analytics and performance metrics:

• Meeting Summary: Quick stats for recent meetings.
• Filters: View data from selecting the date range.
• Performance Insights: Emotional tone, collaboration, questioning strategy, and growth mindset analysis.
• Vocabulary & Grammar Feedback: Language improvements and pronunciation indicators.

Meetings Management

• View and search all connected Zoom meetings & recordings.
• Open transcripts and analyze key moments.
• Export meeting data into reports or PDFs.

Reports & PDF Generation

• Generate reports manually or schedule automated reports.
• Export meeting summaries and analytics to downloadable PDFs.

Participants & Performance (Admin only)

View participant lists and meeting-specific metrics, including engagement, communication tone, and mindset indicators.

5. Removing the App

To remove the BoostClass AI app:

1. Go to Zoom > Manage apps > Added apps.
2. User can see the BoostClass AI app.
3. Click on the three dot of BoostClass AI app.
4. Click on the “Remove” to remove the app.

6. Data Privacy

BoostClass securely accesses your Zoom meeting data (such as meeting details, transcripts, and participants) through the official Zoom API.

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Zoom data is only used for generating analytics and reports.
• No meeting content is shared with third parties.
